1. About Us

Rolling Notary LLC is a mobile notary and wedding officiant service based in Germantown, TN 38138. We serve Shelby County, including Germantown, Collierville, Cordova, Bartlett, and Memphis.

Owner: David Gerald Duncan, Tennessee Notary Public. Commission expires July 1, 2030.

2. Services

We provide mobile general notary services, loan signing agent services, and wedding officiant services.

We do not provide legal advice, legal document preparation, or legal interpretation. If you need legal advice, please consult an attorney.

3. Appointments and Identification

All signers must be present with valid, government-issued photo identification as required by Tennessee law.

We reserve the right to refuse service if identification is invalid or expired, if documents are incomplete, or if we suspect fraud, coercion, or unlawful activity.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees are quoted at the time of booking. Our current rates are:

• General Notary Service: $25.00 per document, plus $0.76 per mile travel
• Elopement Wedding: $175.00, plus $0.76 per mile travel
• Micro Wedding: $250.00, plus $0.76 per mile travel
• Notary Loan Signing Agent Service: Call for Quotation

Payment is due at the time of service by cash, credit card through Square or Stripe, or another approved method. We do not store credit card numbers on this website. All payments are processed securely by our payment processor.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least two hours before your appointment. No-shows, or cancellations made after we have been dispatched, may incur a $50 travel fee.

6. No Legal Advice

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logo, and images, is owned by Rolling Notary LLC and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes will be handled in Shelby County, Tennessee.
