Rolling Notary LLC is owned and operated by David Gerald Duncan, Owner, a commissioned Tennessee notary public based in Germantown. He is also an NNA trained, background screened, and approved loan signing agent. It shows in the details: clear communication, organized paperwork, and respect for your time.
As a Tennessee notary public, David is authorized under Tennessee law to solemnize marriages. Rolling Notary LLC offers secular wedding ceremonies only and does not represent any religious denomination.
Every appointment is guided by the same three principles.
Accuracy. A notarization only counts if it’s done right. We check identification carefully, review each notarial certificate, and never cut corners, even when the clock is ticking.
Clarity. We’ll tell you what to bring, what to expect, and what it will cost before we arrive. If we can’t notarize something, we’ll explain why in plain terms.
Discretion. Your documents are personal. We treat everything we see with care, and we use your information only to provide the service you asked for.
