Important paperwork doesn’t wait for a convenient day, and a loved one in the hospital can’t come to an office. We visit hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and care facilities across Germantown, Memphis, Collierville, Cordova, and Bartlett to notarize the documents families need most.

We’ll coordinate around visiting hours and the signer’s condition, and we handle every appointment with patience and discretion.

What to Know Before We Visit

The signer must be able to understand the document and communicate their wishes to the notary at the time of signing; Tennessee law requires this for a valid notarization. We’ll always confirm identification with a valid, government-issued photo ID, and we ask that the document be complete except for the signature. If your document needs witnesses, let us know when you book so we can plan accordingly.

We reserve the right to decline a notarization if the signer does not appear able to understand or communicate, or if identification cannot be verified.
