Mobile Notary Services

A Notary Who Comes to You

A trip to a bank, a shipping store, or a law office can eat up half a day. Our mobile notary service skips the trip. We meet you at your home, your workplace, a hospital, or another location we agree on, and we complete the notarization there.

We notarize the documents people most often need, including:

  • Powers of attorney
  • Affidavits and jurats
  • Lease agreements
  • Wills, trusts, and estate documents
  • Deeds
  • Contracts and business agreements
  • Medical documents and healthcare directives
  • Shipping documents, domestic or international

If your document isn’t on the list, ask us. Most signatures can be notarized as long as the paperwork is complete and every signer has valid identification. General notary service is $25.00 per document, plus $0.76/mile travel.

Also Available: NNA Trained Loan Signing Agent

Buying a home or refinancing means signing dozens of pages, and a small mistake can delay a closing. David is an NNA trained, background screened, and approved loan signing agent who walks borrowers through the signing, verifies identification, notarizes the required documents, and returns the package to the lender or title company on schedule.

We come to your home, office, or another convenient location, including evenings when your schedule requires it, subject to availability. Pricing: Call for Quote. We can’t explain loan terms or offer advice about your loan, but we will make sure your signing is accurate and complete.

Hospital & Medical Notary

When someone can’t leave a hospital or care facility, the notary can come to them. We handle healthcare directives, medical releases, powers of attorney, and other time-sensitive documents at the bedside.

We’ll plan around visiting hours and the signer’s comfort. The signer must be able to understand the document and communicate clearly with the notary, and we’ll always confirm identification before we begin.

Before Your Appointment

A little preparation keeps things quick and smooth.

  • Bring valid photo ID. A government-issued driver’s license, state ID, or passport for every signer. Expired or invalid ID means we can’t proceed.
  • Complete the document. Fill in every blank except your signature. We can’t notarize incomplete documents.
  • Don’t sign early. Wait until we arrive, unless we’ve told you otherwise.
  • Tell us about witnesses. If your document needs them, mention it when you book.
  • Have everyone present. Every person signing must be there in person.

We reserve the right to decline service if identification is invalid or expired, the document is incomplete, or we suspect fraud, coercion, or unlawful activity. It’s rare, but it protects everyone involved.
