Before the signing. Your lender or title company will send us the documents and instructions. We’ll confirm the time and place with you.
At the signing. We check ID for each signer, point out where to sign, and notarize the required pages. We can tell you what a document is called and where it goes. We can’t explain loan terms, negotiate on your behalf, or offer legal or financial advice. Your loan officer or attorney can answer those questions.
After the signing. We return the package promptly, following the shipping or drop-off instructions we’ve been given.
