When a document needs a notary’s signature and seal, we come to your home, office, or another agreed-upon location. Our general mobile notary service covers the paperwork most people run into, including powers of attorney, affidavits, lease agreements, wills and trusts, contracts, medical documents, and jurats. $25.00 per document, plus $0.76/mile travel.
Every signer needs to be present with a valid, government-issued photo ID. We check it, confirm that the document is complete, and complete the notarization on the spot.
We can’t offer legal advice or help you choose a document. What we can do is make sure yours is notarized correctly, at a time and place that suits you.
A wedding ceremony is short, but people remember it for the rest of their lives. We work with you on the words, the pacing, and the tone, whether you’re planning an elopement for two, a micro wedding with close family, or something in between. As a Tennessee notary public, David is authorized under state law to officiate secular ceremonies; we do not represent any religious denomination.
Elopement $175.00, plus $0.76/mile travel. Micro Wedding $250.00, plus $0.76/mile travel.

Important paperwork doesn’t wait for a convenient day, and a loved one who’s in the hospital can’t come to an office. We visit hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and care facilities to notarize healthcare directives, powers of attorney, medical releases, and other documents.
We’ll coordinate around visiting hours and the signer’s condition, and we’ll handle the appointment with patience and discretion. Please note that the signer must be willing and able to understand the document and communicate with the notary.
A loan closing means a thick stack of pages, firm deadlines, and very little room for error. David is an NNA trained, background screened, and approved loan signing agent who meets borrowers where they are, verifies identification, guides signers to every signature and initial line, notarizes the required documents, and gets the completed package back to the lender or title company.
